DC Limousine's FAQ

We know it can be tough deciding between limousine companies, and that you very well may have a lot of questions you would like to ask... That is why we have compiled some of the most frequently asked questions for you on one simple page! We want to ensure that you have the knowledge you need to make the best decision when it comes to your limousine or party bus rental. Of course, we truly hope that you decide to rent from us, but, these questions and answers should give you a basic idea of things going forward in your search. Is smoking allowed on your limousines?

Smoking of any kind is disallowed on our vehicles. Cigarettes cause extra cleaning to our limousines and can cause them to be extremely damaged with burn holes, smoke damage, etc. That said, we do not allow smoking on our vehicles. However, if you or someone in your group needs a cigarette break, simply notify the driver, and they will pull off so you or your group members can take a smoke break outside of the vehicle.

Do you guys supply alcohol for my party to enjoy?

We are not allowed to provide alcohol to our passengers. We do not possess that type of liquor license. If you would like to stop and purchase some beer or liquor, we will happily do that for you.

Can we drink alcoholic beverages on the vehicles?

Yes. If you are of over the age of 21, we see no reason as to why you can't drink on our limousines.

If I need overtime, how is it billed?

Overages are easy. You have an hourly rate that you previously agreed to and over time is at that exact same rate. The only change is that the cost is billed every fifteen minutes. This policy makes it so that you do not pay for any time that is not used!

When are you open?

Our telephones are open all day every day. Our office hours are 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. There isn't a day in which our vehicles are not on the road!

Is it possible to cancel or change the date of service for our rental with you?

We apologize but we cannot allow for any cancellations for absolutely any reason. When you schedule your vehicle with DC Limousine you're disallowing us from renting it to other customers and that is not fair to them or us. By scheduling your limousine, you're responsible for the full amount.
